Some exciting stuff..... (1 Viewer)

Fits with nothing I have, but I can see that I am going to have to buy that pigeon wagon! So different than anything out there! I love having random weird pieces!

Some very interesting releases coming up. The pigeon wagon will be a must have, as will the early version of the St. Chamond tank. The big release, for me, is the Eindecker and the 3 versions that will be done. This one has really caught me by surprise. I am sure I will want all 3 versions and hopefully the price point will allow that. From what I can see, the model looks really well done and even appears to have the pulley where the control wires all come together on the pylon in front of the cockpit, a very cool detail. Bring 'em on!^&grin -- Al

Wow. Love the Eindecker. And the 60th Royal American Regiment! I hope John gives us a Henry Bouquet figure. They were also at Bushy Run.

The N-11 is my favorite aircraft. I envision a whole lot of different color schemes from Navaare to the Lafayette Escadrille.:wink2: -- Al

I wonder if Cher Ami will be John's first feathered figure?

Having just started collecting WWI there are some amazing items coming soon.

Pigeon wagon is a nice touch and will go well in dio with the supply figures JJD has produced.

Exciting times ahead in the TS collecting.

Regards
Mark

I'm glad JJDUK (thanks James and Adam) posted the details of the prototypes on display at Chicago, as apart from the picture posted by Brad (thanks Brad), there has been no news at all about JJD at Chicago so far.

Hi Pete,

Are you surprised at all that the dealers who were given the sets didn't post any pictures here, with a customer or something?

Yes. Apart from Jazzeum and Treefroggers, the coverage has been poor, still hoping that some will post their images but this appears doubtful, too many people talking about their delays instead of what was on show. A shame the London bunch weren't there then we'd get some varied imagery

Hi Moe,
Yes, disappointed to say the least..(although thanks to Brad for posting the picture he did). I realise they were spread over several dealers, but I would have thought some more would have been taken by other's.

I attended the OTSN show with camera in hand . . . . . . I took the first flash photo in George Guerriero's (Minutemen Toy Soldiers) room of the prototype for the new WWI USMC figure and that's when my camera turned off . . . . dead batteries :redface2:. Sorry about that everyone . . . . I always take photos of the OTSN show. Of the 8 JJD dealers at the show, each had a new prototype on display for the "treasure hunt", except Tim Tyler who was reported to have been there without a room and just wandering the halls. If you didn't know Tim or what he looked like it would have been extremely difficult to have found him. I really don't know what the prototype he had was . . . . never found him. Of the remaining 7 dealers, beyond the one prototype in their room, they only had previously released JJD items for sale all of whicih have already been covered/seen/photographed on this forum.
