Thanks for the info. I use a Panasonic L-1 with the Leica 25-100 zoom for Dioramas. The L-1 has a built in bounce flash, which provides great indirect scene illumination.
A photo of the figures in profile next to the Tiger at deck level would show how well the First Legion figures scale to the Figarti Tiger I. The First Legion Russian figures with the Figarti T34-85 would make a great diorama.

Actually I use a softbox cube which is perfect for ilumination and size, and provides excellect profiles to be cut and pasted with photoshop.
