I just finished watching the series Breaking Bad on Netlix. Sons of Anarchy I,ll start tonight. Are they about equelly as good?

Personally, love Sons! BUT be prepared to be routing for scumbags as you are watching! You just end up routing for the lesser of the evils. All in all, great show, I really have enjoyed it, will miss it after this last season.

Gary...both very good series...Son's is a tad unrealistic...for one small town sheriff to deal with several murders every episode...and never getting any Federal help...it's hard to swallow...but it's a wild ride...both good watches...

Watched 1st season episodes #1 & #2 tonight. Like you said totally unrealistic but by the end of #2 I think I,ll enjoy this.
Man that guy that plays the president of the mc club has got to be the ugliest actor on tv, even uglier than Steve B (whatever) who is on Boardwalk and T Sopranos cousin!

An he is now playing in the new serie Hand of God

Well folks,I know I,m in the minority, but I couldn't get past Season 1 episode 4. I know these shows are fictional, but this was just way to fictional and I just couldn,t relate to the actors, not one. They all seemed to over act.
And the star Jaks, he just did not have that tough guy look.
I,m going to try Mad Men next.

Ron Pearlman is the ugly guy.Played in Beauty and the Beast years ago.(Guess which one he was.:rolleyes2Also played Hellboy in those movies,plus in many other movies and tv shows.

Banshee is pure guilty pleasure entertainment. I think you have to take series like this for what they are - risque, adrenaline fueled 55minute entertainment, nothing more, nothing less.
