Well it's almost time for the Arnhem 44 sets to come out, who is excited????:D

I know I am, I'm going to pre-order everything the day it comes out, I've already cleared a space for them, very excited:D

Those of you who saw the K&C UK TV Arnhem report ill know what Andy was saying about single figures, what do you think we'll be getting???

I think maybe newer updated version of 'Battle for the Bridge, or fighting withdrawal, and some jeeps, and some figures portraying certain important people, and hopefully some buildings:D:eek:

Well we know there's a couple of vehicles which mean they can't all be British jeeps. So there's probably German ones too. My guess would be one or more of the following:

-Sdkfz-250 small halftrack or 251 large halftrack
-Jagdpanzer IV
-Char flamethrower
-Flak-panzer

When does the Arnhem sets come out?

Also, what other manufacturers of buildings and soldiers compliment the K&C line due to size?

The flamethrower,

nice to have one

Arnhem range is due in October, but hopefully we will get our first glimpse in 'Dispatches' on or about 1st September.

I am so ready for this. I too, have made space for this release. The FJ's were good methadone, but I need a real hit this time Andy, the fever is at a peak. :D:D

Jim we need a support group for times like this, there is four days to go and i'm starting to shake!:D:eek:

You gents need either a great big whiskey, or to take up fishing. I grew up fishing almost ever day, weather permitting, and believe me, I learned patience. Funny, I haven't so much as picked up a fishing rod in twenty years, but I am still fairly patient when it comes to waiting for good things.

EVERY DAY AND IN EVERY WAY, I'M GETTING BETTER AND BETTER.

Rob, knowing me, I'd fall down all twelve steps and land on my A at the bottom of the staircase. :D

Jim & Rob,
Have a listen to "The Who - Live At Leeds" at around 120 Db. The song "Shaking All Over" is a well known cure for your condition, brought on by anticipation. :D

I see the 1st of Sept is a Saturday. SO you will have to wait till the Monday

I don't care, cos I've got my sights firmly zeroed in to the new LRDG/SAS sets. Paras will just have to wait I'm afraid. :(
PS. There's some lyrics I posted for you on the "Toy Soldier in Pa" thread in the general section. I'll get the full song to you in a couple of weeks. :)

I had a friend wo was an Irishman working in Edinburgh and he could talk the hind legs off a donkey. He went to work for 6 months in a big liver unit in HK. To put it mildly he ...... . In HK apparently Saturday was a working day. If you wanted the Sunday off you signed leave. I am not sure if this was just more hyperbole from O Sullivan but if it is true maybe they are at work on Saturday at K and C.
Regards
Damian
