Yup - it's not working. Thank you for pointing it out.

Sounds like a broken record - but our people are aware and working on it. I think the problem has been pinpointed.

They've done well in fixing things so far!

I am glad I'm not the only one having this same problem, I thought all my photos had been corrupted! I have sent another photo in an email which has been previously attached for you to try.

May be worth noting (if your IT guys have not mentioned it already) When you change servers if the new one is a more modern version of the previous you need to tell the new server to upgrade some of the content from the old.

Its like going from Windows 95 to XP or XP to friggin stupid Vista!

Our server change caused the same issues as your having and we found it was this format language used in the different formats

Just chatted with out IT guys - they are on it this morning (silly guys thought they should get sleep last night....yeesh!)
 
Okay, we think it's all fixed. There was a table regarding attachment permissions that didn't carry over and they thought they could just retrieve it from a backup copy but of course it wasn't that simple.
The only thing that might be different is the allowed image size might be smaller than before. I had changed it to accept larger pics and can't tell by looking at it if it is the same or not. If you have trouble let me know.

Just tried to attached an existing photo and it still comes up with the same error meassage - 'not a valid image file'.

Nah, just tried uploading from the computor and am getting the same message. Well, that's exhausted the extent of my technical knowledge, back to crayons and paper for me.
 
Any links made to images hosted elsewhere work just fine.

For some reason it's not allowing attachments once again.

We're aware and are working on it.

I found the problem with the script. It is uploading to one directory and then looking in another to rename the file. Because of this it is not finding the new file in the location it should. I am going to continue looking into this for you.
