SP19 Table and Chairs Set (1 Viewer)

Anyone know why SP19 (Table and Chairs set) have only 3 chairs? If you buy a set (in real life) its either table for two, table for four, table for six, table, etc. Could it be that the Chinese (since these are made in China) considers 4 as unlucky number? Any POV (point-of-view) out there?

I have to buy 2 sets. Now I have table for four and table for two.
