Do you mean terracotta roof tiles, as used in Spain and elsewhere throughout western Europe? Hansa Systems USA has some good products, https://www.hansasystemsusa.com/roofing, but they're relatively expensive for the quantity. You'd need more than a bag of 25 to do a roof.

If you'd like to try your hand at making your own, there are molds available, too, to cast tiles and sections of tiled roofs. Old-time scratch-builders made them out of drinking straws, or out of pieces of corrugated cardboard stock, too
