Two members of an Aussie patrol are halted from entering the jungle of a Pacific island by their pack mule who has been spooked by the sculpture of a native god.

Sculpture Source: A souvenir Maori woodcarving brought back to the states by an American stationed in the Pacific during WWII and later given as a gift to my father.

Very nice, very original.
My jungle Aussies are still fighting thier way through the jungle. They will appear one day in a dio with a abyss and a bridge. Oeps I have the idea of my next dio away
