Yo Troopers, some Temp Photos of the latest Chas Stadden buys. Bought these from a private source in the USA. They are all excellent condition & boxed just waiting on delivery.

First photo bought the two on the right. Drummer Coldstream Guards. Guardsman Scots Guards with SA80.
Second photo bought the three, Drummer Royal Marines, Trumpeter Royal Engineers, & 5th Royal Irish Lancer.

The others I have in the first photo, Life Guard, Blues & Royals, & Welsh Guards. In second photo the 8th Irish Hussars 1854. They are all superb models going for sale from the USA. Anyone interested in them PM me for details.
Bernard.

Yo Jeff mate, now if I had your & Yvonne's painting skills I would have had them all by now. The ones you repaired and matched in the paintwork were superb. All you have to do is buy the Kit models on ebay, some are collector painted not very good though, just strip them and repaint them yourself, you can usually get them for under £20.00. Then just put a base plate on the bottom and GREEN felt which I know how to do and you have a perfect Chas Stadden model. Think you will find it a pleasure to paint a 90mm in matt/part gloss. I can always advise you on wether the model is complete so no worries there mate. I would love to see you paint some up for yourself. Put a Link up to show you what I mean.
Bernard.

We need some wide angle cabinet shots of this exquisite Stadden collection Bernard. !!

I must same I just noticed the Lifeguards & the Blues & Royals. Nice that they are two different moulds. Most model makers use the same mould for both.

Most makers seem to think it's just the same uniform in different colours, they either dont see the regimental differences or ignor them. Stadden was way ahead.

Yo Troopers, just got these two back from the MO they have been on sick leave for a couple of weeks lol. They were damaged coming from the USA, first the Drummer had a broken Drum stick, second the Scots Guards Bayonet was broken off his SA80, both little fiddly repairs but done by an expert, and top class painter to blend the repairs in, there is no way you would know they are repaired. Adds more cost to the models but what can you do we all suffer this fate, but its worth the extra cost them done properly;).
Bernard.

Very true, Martin, I agree, and for all of his figures, too, not just the statuettes. That's why I like his 54mm figures so much.

Prost!
