Staghound Armored Car Set (1 Viewer)

Today I received this new set from King and Country and I was quite surprised. All I can say is the photos just don't do this piece justice. The detail is remarkable, much better then the pictures show. It is quite heavy, also unexpected. I just didn't want this piece to be overshadowed by the DUkW and the upcoming BOB German Sets.
So be sure to leave room in your budget for this set in my opinion its a winner!

Mine was supposed to be on the way but unfortunately the wrong zip code was put on the box by UPS so now it's on its way back to George so he can resend it to me. Only problem I've ever had with UPS. Better than this than a package I mail to an ebay buyer.

I now use Fedex and USPS instead of UPS. Fedex is much quicker and quite a bit less expensive then UPS. I have also had excellent service lately from USPS. My local post office has the automated machine which is very quick and easy.

I can't complain about the USPS. Never had a problem with them. Do you use regular Fed Ex of Fedex Ground, which I believe is the old RPS?

Yes I have a Fedex account, you can print the labels at home and drop them off at your local Kinkos. It couldn't be faster. I had a UPS account for years but I have found my Fedex packages arrive faster and the service is less expensive then UPS.
My local USPS office installed a shipping machine in their lobby and my wife used it. She found it so quick we now drop off about 60% of our business there. We usually go after hours and can do 1/2 dozen packages in 5 minutes.
You should look into it if it is available.

Well, I finally got the Stag and it is spectacular, which is the only way to describe it. I got the tracking number from George, talked to UPS and received it yesterday. It is quite heavy and bigger than I thought it would be. This baby will be worth a lot when it retires.
