This one was just released last week in the local Target and Walmart stores. Starts out a bit slow and "Campy" but once the hand to hand fighting starts things pick up. Overall good
battle scenes and effects but too many of the little story lines going on .......half of them would have been better off left out ! Overall I would give this movie a 7 out of 10
or ........ -B In My Opinion....................... :salute::

Totally agree, same opinion here... Saw it last weekend on itunes.

Your a generous man a B- {eek3} i would give it a Z-,it was terrible.

I hear you Wayne, The battle scenes were good but, a lot of the non sense in between made it seem like you were watching a daytime soap opera. Movies like
"A Bridge Too Far" ........."The Longest Day"......... are just 2 examples of classic WWII movies that "ARE" well done all around.......IMO ^&grin

Stalingrad was so bad it made Henry Fonda,s Battle of the Bulge movie look like an Oscar contender.

I just finished watching it on DVD. About 20 mins in I switched to Russian language with English subtitles. The dubbed English voices were that bad. So much CGI that a Nazgûl flying by would not have surprised me. Two pretty actresses but one women would have been enough.

I just rented the movie, have not watched it yet. By mostly by your opinion in the forum. I am thankful I did not buy it.

Just saw this on cable and have to agree with the general opinion that the action was good but the subplots woven around the women was totally out of kilter. I watched it with the subtitles and was not bothered by them at all. The movies flows much better in the original language than it would with bad dubbing. Worth watching if reality TV is the alternative. -- Al

I agree with you; I watched it on the plane with sub-titles and it was a pleasant way to pass a few hours without the need to ever see it again.

Cheers
