Anyone know what manufacture stamps the word "asset" on the bottom of their soldiers...or is the manufacturer actually named asset?

They are called Asset, cottage industry from the UK.

Yes, Asset is a Bitish company, headed by Anne Randall, a very nice lady who I met at the last London Toy Soldier Show.
