Does anyone know anything about their WWII line? Are they planning to keep it going? I would love to see more Germans and Americans in Normandy. I am not sure how recent their previous Normandy releases were.

Hello Lo_1863,

I can say with confidence that Britains is going to be revisiting WWII beyond the current releases in the RAF & Jacktars & Leathernecks ranges. I can't say what or where the focus will be but that it is coming. Please be patient, I do believe it will be worth the wait... :)

All the Best,
Ericka (wife of the W.Britain GM)

Thanks for the response, Ken! That is great news to hear as I am rethinking my collecting focus and which brands I wish to stick with. How recently were the figures from the 101st released? I cannot find a year, but I know most are retired by now. The ones on this page... http://www.wbritain.com/products.cfm?catID=3958

Ken, while we have your ear, you talked about doing WW1 German trenches at OTSN, how is that coming?
Gary

Thanks for remembering,
We have a complete German trench system patterned, but there are several items in production ahead of this release. I think many of you will like what we will be revealing before the year is out. I have spent a fair amount of time out in the field measuring and photographing surviving equipment in collections.
Obviously WWI is finally getting the attention it deserves. I love the releases by John Jenkins and 1st Legion to date... It is a great time for collectors!

WWII is coming along, but I would prefer to have a release in depth rather that a few odds and ends as we have for the past few years.
I may be returning to Europe for more research toward the end of the year. Never enough information eh?
All the best,
Ken

Would love some RAF and Luftwaffe ground crew please
