Status of TedToy store.... (2 Viewers)

Just wondering if anyone knows the status of the TedToy online store. I placed an order in late October, and other than the order confirmation email, I have not seen the order, and have not been able to reach Ted (by email or phone) to check the status of the order. I've purchased from Ted before at shows, including Chicago in September, so I'm hoping everything is ok. Any thoughts or information would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I received a full refund today. No explanation for the refund, but brings closure to the order.

Ted doesn’t have a lot of time to make his products because he’s a partner in Britain’s.

I had the same issue and Ted is extremely nice and all but the website needs to come down, folks order and then have to contact Ted, get a refund etc.
A big waste of time.

I have a lost web page stuck on the internet that allows people to purchase things and the money arrives in my paypal account with out my knowledge. I have been through surges in the past ...nothing i can do but change all of my personal info that is linked to it....has may many other repercussions.

this has been going on since 2012 for me. but has simmered down.

I just placed 2 orders through the web site about 10 days ago. Looks like I'll have to submit something to PayPal. That's a hassle, and I wanted the items that were supposedly in stock.

He’s based at the Britain’s HQ in Ohio so if you call over there you can probably talk to him.

I just placed an order last week.(Jan 11th 2019). Voice mail comes on when calls are placed. No reply to emails. Last time this happened on a site(metals of honor) I had to contact the better business bureau and I assume the BBB had them shut down their site as it was still accepting payments.

I am pretty sure Ted has stopped selling anything on the site.
It was part of deal with him going to Britains I believe.
If you contact him at Britains, like has been suggested he will let you know.
I think his phone number is still the same too.
Great guy who is as honest as the day is long.

Did you try calling him at the Britains HQ in Ohio?
