Steel Wheels War Room Vol. 1 (1 Viewer)

Okay, the first photo is of the plastery styrofoam, and the one above it is a plasticey thing for the base (broke 3 blades and one styro cutter trying to cut it). The next one is my ground cover supplies. Last is the jeep itself, I did a repaint of the driver that came with it to make him look like an airborne troop instead of a tanker. Anything I should do with the jeep to make it look better?

Love the medic! I would simply weather the jeep, with some dirt brown paint on the wheels and along some of the body. Gives it that battle worn look. I added some of that on my 761st FOV stuart display enhanced my FOV Steel Wheels sherman as well.

Thanks Steel Wheels, and the medic is Fov as well.

I think we'll be good friends, you know me being a panzer colonel an all:D:D.

Just finished watching a 9/11 special on the History this past week, and went searching my old archives, and realized I snapped these old war room photo's on 9/11/2008. I wanted to find my old M12 photo's that I chose as one of the best K&C releases ever.

Thanks for the photos and information on your nice room. I was cleaning my cases and moving figures and armor around on a rainy day. I keep busy in retirement with this hobby I enjoy. I am now running out of space so I must think about invading more areas. I think I would lose on that one. For some reason my wife does not understand how I need 75% of available space. John

To the original poster, thanks for the pics.

The more I see, the more I get courage to post mine (pieces and ideas). Was planning on making my exercise room room (lots of planning, no use) into a war room (an African Campaign L-shape dio). Secondary would be the music/library room into little dio spaces in front of book space.

Will get off my doff eventually:rolleyes:
