This one is for you fans of the 'Late Unpleasantness'. There were always stragglers in both armies. Imagine how hard it would be for a country boy to resist soaking his feet in a lake or pond. If you were lucky you might even find a few wild berries to eat with your hardtack and bacon.
If you belonged to a good mess your buddies would remind you not to be missing too long.
I thought I would share these images of the newest shelf diorama I finished. It measures 11" deep X 28" long x 11" High. The three Rebs are figures I sculpted for the 1st Gear/W. Britain ACW collection.
