Streets of Old Hong Kong sitting figures (1 Viewer)

I am looking for some hong kong seated figures.

Does anyone know if the figures in the mahjong set are attached to the stools, or "free sitting"? I need them to be able to sit on a bench.

i was also looking at the letter writing set, but those look like they are affixed to the bases. Any thoughts on other sets?
