Very nice Randy, thanks for posting the pictures:cool:

Cheers

Martyn:)

All lovely stuff, just the wrong scale. I have a dream of duplicating this in 60mm. Thanks for posting Randy. Cheers, Robin.

That's sick Randy...the market place scene with all the different figures and the mountain scene with the Bedouin snipers makes children dream at night...me too...:D...what a great collection of figures and buildings...

These are from the legendary Peter Gilders collection and I have had the pleasure of actually playing a war game using these figures back in the mid eighties at his war game holiday center.

One more from the same collection....

Jeff

What a feast of ideas here, this series could go on for years. That artillery dio really looks the part, almost real. Would like to have my own version one day, all possible, just have to wave goodbye to a couple of my years waiting.Cheers, Robin.

I think I have a treat for you to comment on. Watch this space hopefully within 24 hours, if Randy is home. Cheers, Robin.

Great photos, Randy. Thanks for posting them here. Whatta diorama! I know it's the wrong scale, but a few of us might actually be able to do something like this in an <54mm scale. I'm guessing its 25mm?

Well I have been working hard on this because I was so wrapped in the gun scene, I was determined to make my own version up from 25mm to 60mm. Thanks to Randy (Polar Bear) for helping with re sizing the photo & Brett (Military Workshop) who supplied most of the items, this is my attempt. Appreciate any comments. Cheers, Robin

Robin...you are quietly building a huge Sudan collection...this picture with the artillery crews are beautiful...

Thanks Mike, is there any way you can place the 25mm photo next to my 60mm photo, so members can see what I was trying to copy? Cheers, Robin.

Very good of you Jeff, I plan to duplicate all the photos that are 25mm in this thread to 60mm. See how I go. Cheers, Robin.
