Something known by few concerning WWII and German tank development was that they developed a Tiger I at double the size of the original and called it the "Super Tiger". The German high command figured, after initial feedback from the front about the Tiger, that since it appeared to be such an awesome tank, they would take the blueprints of the tank and double everything in size! Bigger has got to be better right? It certainly would make the crew happy to have all that extra room and firepower. But with something new, sometimes there can be problems. One of the crew members is on the rear deck checking something wrong with the engine, but he suddenly realizes "I can't work on this engine, I've left the double sized wrenches back in Germany!" Also, just for them to open one of the hatches it takes two men due to the extra weight. Also, if it rained even a quarter of an inch, the tank would bog down in almost any type of terrain. They only made one of these for testing and sent it to the front in Russia (pictured below) but with all the problems reported, they scratched the program.^&grin^&grin^&grin
