K&C makes an Italian arch... Its similar but not exact as the real one in Libya..

I found yesterday in a market these 2 Del Prado " Alpini"( 3 euros each) and I changed them into ww2 " bersaglieri" and added to my african diorama...{sm3}

I luckily found yesteday in a flea market this rare figure of an italian marine by the" battaglione San Marco" and so finish my african diorama. It is very historically correct in this dio on the way to Tobruk, in fact, the italian marines were the first troop to enter Tobruk in june 1942....

This shot reminds me of the opening scene of Valkyrie set in N. Africa:

Details like the Italian war monument and the kubelwagen do it for me. Well done!

EDIT: Earlier this morning, I took my US Stable scene down and set up the N. African village dio in anticipation of a few small new additions and the LRDG Chevy later this month. Been watching Rat Patrol episodes the last few days as well. Love the desert stuff!
