Surpressing fire (2 Viewers)

Great intense believable scene. Your imagination has no limits Steve. Robin.

Brilliant mate, you captured the moment almost perfectly except, in the Real pic they all have their sleeves down.
hopefully, some sleeves down releases are in the pipeline.

A few pics of Sleeves up and down. Seems like the common practice was to keep sleeves down when in the Bush to prevent arms getting scraped up. More open areas they cooled off and rolled em' up :salute::

Yep, it was quite wet in the 1968 Hue photos, the sleeves are generally worn down.

Also in most of the historic photos such as the Colour one here of Marines, they are wearing M1961 webbing equipment that was particular to the Marines. Where as the figures have M56 webbing, though some Marines had gotten hold of the M56 as with ARVN packs.

Still that's what's available and K&C do the best Vietnam range, but I agree that it would be good to have some sleeves down.

Also would like to mention that I'd like to see some of the civilian women wearing the traditional Ao Dai as they did during those days.
