Yup.....It's a great tourist resort . Hope I'm only in the hotel in PH for a week, go offshore for two, then back to PH for another week, then London to obtain a 3-month Thai visa. But the best laid plans of mice and men......

Where do you stay when you're in PH? Our agents have got me in the "Royal Residence". Contradiction in terms I know, but not bad, all things considered. Run by the Lebanese Mafia - but they do good pizzas.
Would be nice if we could meet up next time you're visiting this lovely tourist resort.

You have the name correct . My brother and I stayed at the Novetel on Lord Emanual . We had been up in Kano and Jigawa for training locals.As you know, there is no real "Royal Residence", I heard it was nice and expensive. My brother is willing to go back whereas I have a family and feel restricted depending upon local security to keep my safety. Mike
