Our local antique dealer has this sitting around, and has no clue what it is. Can anyone help?? As you can see, they are tiny miniatures. Each little green box holds one (see the bottom image for a closer view).

Looks like a full set of War Game vehicles to me. We used these with a massive terrain board and the war game dice and these really interesting line of sight tools the Simulation Center Manager had developed. It was a good way to develop operational plans.
