The upper part of the tank is made of sheet metal - not armour plate. But since Jack didn't touch the tank, I don't know how he thinks he could throw a rock through it. Although the owner did mention thay need to repair a big dent and small puncture in the turret.

In fact I did 'knock' on the sheet metal because even though my knowledge of tanks is quite rudimentary I assumed from the outset that it was a 'mock up'. While I might not be able to throw a rock through it, it did sound slightly less formidable than the average family Volvo{sm4}
