Hi Guys

Did anyone happen to see anything from Monarch Regalia's Crimean Line in Chicago and take some photos? If so could you post them or let me know what you saw.

Thanks

Dave

Dave,

I talked to Ted a couple of minutes and I can't recall anything from the Crimea line (but I could be wrong). Saw lots of Samurai however and some ACW/West. I did buy a mounted Buffalo Soldier from him.

Hi Brad,

That sounds like a cool figure! I will have to take a look and see if its on line. By what I read earlier it sounded like you did rather well in the acquisitions. I hope that I can get to London this winter so perhaps I will be able to find some more Crimean War figures.

Talk to you later

Dave

did not see any crimean war, saw some johnjenkins and a lot of samuri, but what caught my eye was that he had alot of civil war which i was finally able to purchase. it was the highlight of the show for me.i think i have finally decided to do gloss civil war instead of matte. i have been teetering on which way to go for 6or 7 yrs. tedtoy is gorgeous and will go with my trophy

Everytime I attend a show, one of my biggest treats is to see what's lurking in Ted's room. I have a set of his Union cavalry on patrol. This is not very common for American Civl War figures in the marketplace. He has a Confederate version as well. Both are unique and excellent! His glossy sets go well with Tradition, Guard Corps, as well as other glossy makers. For those who don't know Ted, he is a great guy with both passion and enthusiasm in what he does. :) Ted also, carries Monarch Regalia samurai sets which are also excellent and complement his glossy American Civil War line perfectly, IMO. I have a bunch of those sets too in keeping with the matte/glossy diversity of my collection! :)
