Tel El Kebir Diorama & Figures for sale. (1 Viewer)

I have for sale a complete diorama of The Egyptian Earthworks along the Sweetwater canal at Tel El Kebir 1882.
Size is approx. 70cm long by 35cm deep.
The figures are from WBritain’s War along the Nile series. Numbering 27 figures, 1 gun & 1 limber
(there is a mixture of the original grey coated 42nd Highlanders which have been repainted to match
the red coated Tel el Kebir figures). Ammo boxes are also included. The figure’s bases have been textured
to match the terrain board. No boxes, but all items will be securely and safely packaged.
Asking price is £700 plus postage at cost.

This was featured in the latest issue (106) of Toy Soldier Collector & HF magazine as part of an article on the Highland Charge at the battle of Tel-El-Kebir.
And I am pleased to say that it has sold already and was delivered yesterday to it's new home.

I am currently making a larger version (without the figures) for another collector.
