Dear Gunn Club
Around 85% of our European orders were dispatched today and those of you who have been waiting I wanted to thank you for your patience! With Easter, an Icelandic volcano and then British Customs we seem to have hit every obstacle known and unknown to man on this run! The remaining orders will leave on Tuesday (as it’s a Bank holiday here in the UK on Monday) which should keep everybody happy. As of next month we will split our order in 2 so that half automatically comes straight to the UK from the factory and half goes to our HK distributor. At the moment our HK distributor receives the complete production run, fulfils the US and Australian orders before shipping the remaining stock to the UK. On both occasions this has resulted in a 2 week or more delay at the UK end and one we are keen to avoid in the future. We are a new company so bear with us as it’s a learning curve, but we are getting there!
I have attached a clay picture of our new Gunn Club figure due out next month which is Titled ‘Fight to the Death’ - I expect these to be ready within the next 2 weeks or so. At the same time our new 7.5cm Infantry Cannon with 3 crew will be launched and a 4 man fighting German Infantry team. With regards to our new Berlin series these figures will also be ready and will comprise of 2 very unique sets of FJ’s complete with parachute parade harness and looking as smart as carrots! Although not a collector of this series in the past, I must say that I have been completely bowled over by the colour scheme produced by our factory and they are some of my favourite figures to date. Colour pictures of all these sets will go out on Wednesday with a little luck so not long to wait now! The majority of the new sets have already been produced and we are just waiting for the FJ series to be finished along with around half the GC figures.
