Andy, yesterday i got me one of them there AK trucks.I asked Tony if he would consider a buy one get two free policy and in reply he beat me to the floor with his dads Bren gun:D What i wanted to say was the truck is superb, excellant detail and colouring and i really like that the canvas cover comes off.I am going to buy more of these because i think in convoy it will look stunning. Also like the boxes the new stuff come in with the dio on the front.Cheers Andy and keep up the good work!

I got a DAK one too yesterday and it's as good as Rob said. Also the individualised box looks good too. I know we shouldn't be too fussed about packaging but it does make a difference somehow.

I agree with you mate.Somehow a cool box adds to the whole experience.Sorry i didn't get to hang around to see you yesterday. The K&C layout looked cool eh?.Did you get chance to talk to Tony much?.Looks like a good time to be a K&C collector ahead.

I enjoyed it yesterday too. The re-enactors looked good and how cool was that 222?

I felt the same way about the boxes for the Winter Tiger and for the new Joan D'Arc figure. You are right, packaging can really add to the experience, and Andy has long since mastered that concept, starting back in the mid-1980's when he did those really cool big presentation boxes with the 19th Century military prints on the cover.

I have always felt that the packaging of King and Country has set itself apart from other companies for a longtime. I agree with Louis - the early packaging was great and now ..... well WOW!

Yes that Winter Tiger box is really nice.
