Just got back from the show in London today, and had a thoroughly good time.It was good to talk to Tony today,he gave me some real insights into how KC works. It was also great to see his dioramas,he really is starting to produce some very tempting stuff.I especially liked the hedge cutting Bocage and AK setups he's got going.I just can't decide whether to order some or have a go myself!.

Today i picked up my AK MK4 and the DD set "taking prisoners".So am very happy. Also checked out NMA's Sturmtiger and German Paras .These both look real good, i still think they are the only company i could possibly mix with K&C.

Thanks Tony i think i may be emailing you about a diorama very soon!

Rob

Great seeing you and all the other Guys. It was also very good to see Tom from Czech who came over especially to see Mike and our set up.

Nice also to meet Pete Nathan (K&C dealer) from Oz.

I have 5 preorders for Dioramas and Clive i am sorry that we sold yours from under your feet!!!!! We sold out of the mine Sweeper Vignettes i had made.

As i said these will not be on the website as they are show specials and also i cannot mass produce!!! they are all hand made from scratch.

Any requests though Rob and i will get some ideas out to you.

regards

Do you mean Targa34, Clive Gande? I've had numerous dealings with him and always seemed like a good guy. Would love to meet him sometime. Invite him over for the Symposium next year. He'd love it.

Yes I did suggest Clive go to the next symposium if he could. Top bloke!:D

Awhile ago, and I hope Clive doesn't get mad at this because I know he looks at the Forum, his son emailed me, saying his dad was on a trip and was trying to bid on an auction but couldn't and his son was trying to figure out what item it was so he could bid on it for his dad since this toy soldier thing wasn't for him. Alas, I had to tell his son that the auction ended. I don't think Clive was too upset but it seemed amusing at the time!

Guys

Been on a business trip since the london show and my Mobile internet was down!! so only just had the chance to get online.

Funny how there were a few of us there but we all missed each other. I was speaking with Mike and Tony who both said that they met a few of the Treefrog guys.

Shannon you should get some treefrog pins made up for those attending shows, that would be cool. And that way we would all know each other from this secret society!!.

Tony was funny like a proud peacock behind the counter with his new dioramas. I have to say Rob like you when you can get them made for you like that then why bother making them yourself.

Andy all the new stuff looks great good to see it on the K&C UK stand very much appreciated.

Monty

Shannon had some badges for the treefrog guys at the Chicago show last year.

I am not going this year as Dad (Mike) is with our real boss Sue (Mum)

I am off for meetings else where. I will see if Mike can get a few of these badges for any Treefrog guys in London for December, whilst at the Chicago show.

Tony

Badges? We don't need no stinkin' Badges! (A weak attempt at humor I know, but I love Humphrey Bogart, and "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre" is a classic)

I was thinking more on the lines of Mel Brooke's "Blazin' Saddles".:D

Fred

Another classic. "Gum! Did you bring enough for everyone?" ("boy he's strict"). Oh that Headley Lamar!

Hi Louis, great to see the sense of humour again!:D

Best wishes to you all

Hey Panda,

How are things on the other side of the pond? I miss the Monty Python references . . . but if you tell that to youth today, they won't believe you.

Regards,

Louis

Look, I didn't want to work in a pet shop. I wanted to be . . . a lumberjack! In the North Woods of British Columbia, cutting the larch, the redwood, and the mighty Sequoia, with my best girl by my side . . . and we'd sing, sing, sing!

Hey Tony, did I ever introduce you to my friends wife Encontinentia . . . Buttocks! (always look on the bright side of life)

And when I say that there isn't any cannabalism in the Royal Navy, I mean that there isn't much cannanbalism.

Louis, did I ever tell you about my neighbors, Mr and Mrs Ratbag, he's a cruel man, but fair, he used to nail me 'ead to the coffee table.:D
