Hey dudes:

Just finished a new Alamo diorama with the Mexican Army checking out their new digs. The first set of pictures is the finished product, the next set is the building of it. This is a shelf diorama that measures 36" long by 12" wide. Just a fun little day project that I think makes my collection dudes stand out a bit.

Keep it silly.

As above here are some construction pics. Dont worry I already know that scaffold paint job looks like crap but I knew you wouldnt be able to see it from display side.

Take Care

Very nice....I love all the shelf dios you have. Makes your display area very interesting to see all of them stacked up I bet. One small note on the Alamo dio....you could add some Woodland Scenics small black ballast to your sand mixture so your sand doesnt look so "clean"

Very nice mate, looks very good. Thanks for posting pics of the other side too, good to see how you did it.

Please let me know: is the sitting guy moulded with the cannon?

Really nice job, and nice of you to show how you were able to locate cannon up on wall.

I also like your other displays.

Well thanks for the kind words and input dudes. I actually used Warbuff's suggestion on my 8th Army dio about the dirty sand. It worked like a charm and I thought made an improved final product.

Keep it silly

Hey McKenna

Show us some of those WWII displays - looks like a lot of "repaints" on that back shelf - how about some details and photos ??

You have a great collection there !

Ron

Yeah dude, I call that Prieto row as Alex repainted all of those pieces. That dude does excellent work. I'll get some shots on here when I get home tonight.

Take Care
