Here is the trailer. This is a low budget effort, but I like the style and pacing much better than the terrible hollywood films. The plot of almost every horror film in Hollywood in the last decade goes something like odd things start happening in the home, they look it up on the Internet and discover it has happened to others (or the house is built on an Indian burial ground or some terrible murder/suicide happened there), then they contact a team of ghostbusters who come to the home and set up a lot of fancy equipment, cue the special effects, defeat the haunting entity and then leave open the possibility of a sequel. Almost none of that happens here.
