Good panoramic shot. Also noted the Scots Greys shot. Soon you will have the chance to get Light Horse charge figures although bear in mind Andy has been talking about up to 20 figures over time. Being from the UK originally my favourite is the Light Brigade.

This is an excellent shot of the Light Brigade at the Russian Guns.

I see the 17th Lancers, 11th Hussars........

Thanks very much for posting, Raymond.:)

Hi Donnie,

I like this picture the best.

The Charge of the Light Brigade at Balaclava, 25 October 1854.

I am not sure if K&C made the 13th Light Dragoons which charged alongside the 17th Lancers in the front rank.

The Earl of Cardigan is right up there too.

Thanks very much for sharing,

Kind Regards, Raymond.:)

Thanks guys!

I'm not sure who goes where other than I recall Tony saying it would be okay for the Russians to be placed behind the cannons.

Brett I'm really looking forward to the release of the the Light Horse charge.

That does look like a great shot but it is so small here that so much of the detail is lost. It would be so nice to see it larger, which you could do so easily if you would use the free photobucket service that many here do.

I certainly hope you do.

I little bigger, but a tad out-of-focus. I'll need to snap another one if you'd like to see it larger.

Tony

Those in Chicago if you head to Treefrog Andy has taken a sample of masters of the new Alama Coldstream Guards, and the piper for the TRL.

Already thinking what we can do for March 2010

Thanks Tony.
Looking forward to the December release and 2010!

I'm just starting on the Thin Red Line this morning - first order placed.

If I can make a suggestion, I'd love new Russian Cavalry to charge the Thin Red Line. The two currently out don't seem like they are in a hurry to meet the TRL.

That said, The Charge of The Light Brigade continues to be not just my favorite K&C set, my favorite toy soldier range of all time. Even if you don't want to invest in all the figures Lenswerks has displayed, with just a few you can create a stunning diorama in a small space.

I am glad you mentioned that as that has been my intention all throughout the development of the range. I wanted to make it tha tyou did not have to collect the entire range but instead take a snap shot of each of the battles and build as you wish. make that with a couple of figures or 10s of.

re the Russians a point noted;)

Hi Tony,

I hope that means that we will see a few photos ;).

Jeff

Slowly i'm collecting this beautiful range (not desrespect to the other ranges but this is full of potentialities..and maybe the best of all K&C) and i hope in the next future we'll see more personalities, maybe Sir Colin Campbell commander of the Highland Brigade or colonel Paget (the son of the famous "One Leg") of the 4th L.D...or Lewis Nolan..maybe in a more distant future even Raglan!
