Think CS need to improve there packaging as I'm always getting stuff broken & bent :(

my only complaint is that it is brittle and can be challenging to remove from the box.

I've had the same problem, though only with delicate parts, not the larger, bulkier pieces. -- Al

You can say that again :(

I couldn't agree more! This is the challenge of creating small, fine, highly realistic parts, very very tough.

We are now bolstering up the weapons a bit more and trying to make fixes. Its the soft metal of course too.

So its how to get to achieve the happy medium. Its something we're working on right now.

Hope your all well!

kind regards,

Brian

Thank for the quick reply Brain
On the half track + booster set it looked like a lack of glue was the reason why the hands fell off ,hope this problem will be fixed before the King tiger come out as I've got all eight coming :D keep the good work up Brain & will I get my Comet tank !?

Have to say and, I only have WWII that I have not (touch wood) had any problems with any of the CS sets in relation to broken, bent loose bits. One very small bit of painting missing on a bit of wood and Brian bent over backwards to rectify this. Just my experiences

I had one jumper with a loose rifle, a bit of CA fixed that. The "exploding foam" with the Hanomag was another story! It's gotten better with each release.:)

The thing about CS is that Brian listens and they are always trying to improve and make things better and better.Quality company.
