Hi Guys,
Some time ago we produced a little set of Danish Royal Guards for ‘La Maison Rose’, my wife’s company.
These soldiers in their blue, No. 2 Ceremonial uniforms are a familiar sight to anyone visiting Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen.
Recently K&C had a request to produce some more of these Royal Guardsmen and here is a little preview.
They will be available later this year.
Best wished and happy collecting!

Andy

Ceremonials such as these take me back to my younger days, it is fantastic to see K&C produce this nostalgic line.

Hi Jason,
Good to hear from you and thanks for the compliments…From time to time it’s nice to do something ‘traditional’ and not in camouflage, olive drab or field grey…

All the best and Happy Collecting!
Andy.

Brings back some memories. Saw the Royal Gds 32 yrs ago. Impressive live and the TS as well. Chris

I love the expansion into a few non-Commonwealth ceremonial figures. It would be great to get some American or Hungarian figures....

Do you mean 'modern' Hungarian Guards like these guys at the Sándor Palace, the office & home of the President of Hungary in Budapest ??
Pics taken in 2017 on my tour is Europe.

To go a bit further north of Budapest, why not the Prague Castle Guard that I saw in summer of 2014.

The unit's main task is to guard and defend the seat of the President of the Czech Republic at the Prague Castle and has been deployed in Afghanistan as part of Czech Army deployment in 2018.
