How many is your regiment ... my 8 look like a squad of skirmishers.
Wished there was another dozen more or so ... then it would really look like a skirmish line, Or a least close to it.
I hope K&C comes up with more green clad rifles.

Actually I have an 18 man Regiment...which is an average size for me....I am starting to run out of room now...which makes it even more difficult....the KGL is my facorite regiment so far next to the 42nd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favourite regiment is the Imperial Guards ... in fact, the most multiple figures I have, is the Imperial Guard Advancing. The next most multiples I have are the French Grenadiers Standing & Firing and Kneeling & Firing.
Most other poses do not lend themselves readily to multiples ... with the exception of the new Coldstream Guards standing ready.
If there were slight variances ... with hat or no hat, bandaged & wounded, torn uniforms, with moustaches or none, with slightly differing angle of rifles ... I probably would have many more multiples.
What do you think ?

I agree production sight variances within the same figure position would increase my buying of multiples too.

Yes - have a couple of TWO MAN Sets that have the same position but - different feature. Hat - NO Hat, Rifleman with torn uniform - and not torn
You know what i mean - Andy had done this in the begining with the early British Pens. Campaign Troops - except he only had the no hat and bandge guy - you can do more figures in a two man series and make it profitable for K&C and have Collectors running for them all !!

.... may I further add that from my point of view, production variances is not meant to entice collectors into buying all variations of a figure.
It is in fact highly desired by collectors of series like NAPs, AWI, Alamo & to a lesser extent, the ACW to create better looking dios involving firing lines, advance by line or columns.
More cavalry in line and columns, anybody ?

I respectfully disagree. I have great firing lines that have some varation within them to make them look real. In battle not all lines are perfect - 100% still action position - things happen, people are hit from enemy fire, soldiers react to a problem with their weapon - this in my opinion makes a real Firing Line for Napoleonics, AWI and Civil War.
