Its great to see that the French Line Artillery is well catered for with the 2 guns and 2 crews and that they are in the post 1812 uniform, unlike the infantry, so they will fit in perfectly at Waterloo.

Sorry to see that the Russinas have been 'sent to Siberia' but they didn't fit in with the British forces in Belgium or Spain.

Early Christmas for me.... both Artillery and Napoleonic,

Thanks Andy :)

Yo, that British Bren Gun(Vickers Gun) carrier in desert markers looks tight. Thats for sure a must have for any Desert Rat.

Keep it Silly

The new USAF figures are amazing; a very nice compliment to their RAF counterparts. The new Air Force MPs are really nice too. Great release to end the year and worth waiting up for.

As for me, I will defintely be buying the Bren carrier, And Major Paddy. come January. Desert War, Its time to build you up a bit more!!

Love the new Bren gun carrier and Paddy Mayne figure, very nice. The Bren gun carrier is such a famous vehicle its good to have more than one version. The US Airforce figures and P51 are cool too.

Rob

Cracking P51, and hats off to K&C for opting for the B variant rather than the more usual D.

Really liking the new EA Bren carrier. The Bentley too is very cool looking. K&C are very creative in what they release. There is always something out of the ordinary in what they come out with.
The last of the Arnhem jeeps is being retired so hopefully the MG range will receive some reinforcements soon.

Well said James, they are both cool looking vehicles and a welcome addition to the North African theatre, just been looking again at the Paddy Mayne figure,it really is very well done indeed.

As for Arnhem.....;)

Everything looks great! Will put the Bren carrier on my list And the new US air force stuff.

Great group of dispatches. Really like the new Eight Army stuff. Great new airplane as well.

The Desert Rats universal carrier is a must have. I especially like the MG it's carrying. They didn't always have a bren gun - they often had heavier weapons, including a mortar.

The desert Bentley is a surprise piece and just odd enough to make it a collectable. Does this mean we could soon see a desert Ferrari and have races? :D

Terry

Posted elsewhere but the Bentley is quite nice. Harkens back perhaps to a Rolls Royce armored car at the beginning of the Desert War. That would be the one piece I would want to get.

I must be psychic. Real West, USAAF and an ususual surprise showed up as I had predicted. I wish I was able to predict 7 lucky number that well! :( Napoleonic, Real West, USAAF and Desert War fans must be pleased this morning, you've got some nice pieces there to build your collections. Highlights for me include a much improved Bren Gun Carrier and the Napoleonic cannons. Luckily the retirements don't hurt me this month. All in all no must haves for me but a nice group of releases all the same. I think I can hear the faint call of Col. Frost's horn...........can you?

Cheers
CFM :)

Very interesting releases this month. Nothing I absolutely must have, although the Mustang is nice. WW2 aerial combat just doesn't really do it for me though, I prefer WW1, something about it seemed more personal and individualistic. But thats just me. I figured there would be alot more people going ga-ga for the P-51, so far reactions seem a little muted. Oh well, all in all the USAAF stuff does look really cool and is a nice complement to the RAF, (as someone before me mentioned.) As long as neither is retired soon, I will probably be picking up at least one figure from each in the future.
