I have just started dabbling in the WW1 range and thought I would post a few photos of my collection so far. Figures by K&C (a couple more will be arriving next week) and all the scenic items are by JG Miniatures.

When the extra figures turn up this will be a shelf display in one of my cabinets.

A nice range of figures and one that I shall be adding to in the future.

Thanks

Jeff

Nice going Jeff, the accessories certainly set the scene for WW1 with the figures fitting in all over, well done, cheers, Robin.

Nice one Jeff {bravo}}.

Khaki is becoming one of my favourite colours, just a bit earlier than 1914-18, around 1896-1902 :wink2:

Cheers

Martyn:)

Very nice Jeff, if you will turn this scene into a shelf display, I would add some dirth in the bomb crater ( and hide the grass) and put some grass on the edges of the crater and more dirth around it in order to hide all the straight lines . This will add a lot of realism to your dio.

Thanks for all the positive comments everyone and to all who have ticked the "liked this post" :smile2:

These are straight out of the box just to see what they looked like and I agree with Guy and his suggestion about hiding the edges etc. JG Miniatures can provide plastic soil and so when the time comes a bag of this will do the trick me thinks!

Cheers. :salute::

Got to ask; did you recently buy set of three FW044 from the guy in Blackpool on ebay? I only ask because I was going to buy this set to go with the two I already have but delayed and when I went back it was gone! There's still another set on there but I guess two sets are enough!!

Good starting point for your dio. Look forward to seeing it build up.

Hi Michael,

No, these all came from the good folks at K&C UK ( I don't do ebay).

Cheers. :salute::
