This a fantastic dio, Jack. Also, that Rumpler came out beautifully. Gorgeous model. Compliments to the construction crew.:wink2: -- Al

Jack,

That's a very nice scene you've done. I too, like the spinning effect. You did a great job on building that model plane. You should work for JJD....

Thanks Al, but while the Rumpler is a two seater the construction 'crew' is actually very much a single seat vehicle. I thought the camo was going to break my father but he got there in the end. It looks good in person as well so it was worth the wait. He is going to make a Nieuport (for a break) and work on the Gotha on the side.

Thanks for the kind words but my father is the model maker. He reads the Forum so he will appreciate the compliment. As for working for Jenkins, I am working on two big dios (2 by 2.4 metres) with other Brisbane based Treefroggers. We each contribute according to our skills. Five minutes after we started I was sweeping!

A Phd for Dad I think - and another for the sweeping - very hard to get good help and vastly under-rated :). But don't forget the drinks; served at just the right temperature for the Aus summer. A man of many talents :salute::
