We highly recommend you to watch our next video on the new collection of figures
the French Infantry of the First World War, made in 3D:

As we have previously announced – from now on emotion and dynamics are the key features of our miniatures. We strongly hope that our new movement towards more realistic portrayal of wartime will gain your deepest appreciation.

These look fantastic. Like the French Marshals, as well.:salute:: -- Al

They do look great but I don't know if they would fit with FL,KC,JJD and TGM Al.

Mark, that is what I was thinking. Probably too small to fit in with the others but I rather imagine they would look great on their own, or maybe with other 54mm, or just on their own. They are too expensive to build a large number of. -- Al

Maybe not but if you collect the era, it's nice to have in your collection.

As we are using 3D technologies for our latest products we offer a new possibility for you - figurines of The Great War can be produced in different scales on special request.

Really amazing, natural poses and amazing details....With the 3D technology you can do the best figures quality on the market in my opinion.:salute::

If you are not an artist, if you don't know anatomy and proportions, 3D is of little help

Now what does that means for Artig ?

Concept and drawings made on computer in 3D than "printed" in 3D ? In one piece ?
Or sculpting is done by hand on base of the drawing then produced by making a master mold ?
Or everything is done by hand then the result is scanned in 3D ?

We don't know so far
Except that the result seems very good

Best

These (and the Marshals) look very nice, lovely indeed, better looking that First Legion and apparently cheaper (at least here in Europe). I wonder if we will get more French forces in the future, like Poilus, and also if we will get other nationalities (Germans, British, Russians etc...). In my view this is something that is missing also with the Napoleonic series, more nationalities, more opposition, releases too much French centered (with all due respect for les Français and their beautiful varied uniforms). Take this as a suggestion, I bet it would be great for sales:p... Please let us know what your thoughts are on this...

Congrats,
Paulo

We increase the quantity of figurines of the French soldier now and like next steps we are planning make the groups of figurines for all countries - the participants of WWI
