Unbelievable is all I can say. Still can't believe it.

G-I-A-N-T-S!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic game! I am not a Giants or Pats fan - Chiefs are my boys if you couldn't tell - but I was pulling for the Gmen as a couple of good guys who used to play for the Chiefs are with the NYG so they were my team. I took a lot of heat for it - until about 9:15 Central time. :D

Congrats to the longtime Giants fans - it must feel really, really good.

It still hasn't sunk in. I will be up all night watching the highlights. I am definitely going to the ticker tape parade. This is the greatest night of my football life, and the second greatest upset in NFL history after Superbowl III, when the Jets beat the Colts.

And to all those guys who said that Eli was no Peyton, they were right: It only took Eli 4 seasons to win his Superbowl!!!!

I guess Boston fans can't have everything! I will give the Giants credit...they seemed to want it more.

Gotta give Eli credit here, he seemed to be on a mission and I am sure that after the year he had with the Tiki barage, press barage, etc, you have to be happy for him. He has finally come out of his brother's shadow and I was happy for Plexico too as he is an ex Steeler. (By the way, I hated to see him go, would never had let him go if I was in charge!)

Now, second comments are about the Pats. It seems as if destiny caught up with them this time and it just wasn't meant to be. They had the game winning drive and really had the Giants stopped on D. All in all, an amazing fourth qtr and finish to a superbowl.

A great game for a change. You do have to wonder if Brady was injured in those last two games. NE looked very average on offense.

I think Strahan and company had something to do with that. They were pressuring him all night. After the first play of the game, they knew this was not going to be any walk in the park.

As long as a certain former Viking receiver did not get a ring, I am a happy camper.

Brad,

the Giants played the best I have seen them play on defense, it truly was a big performance.

That being said, I also think we saw one of New Englands best drives of the season (4th qtr drive) with full execution.

It just was a great game.

I really had no stake in the game other than wanting to see history with the undefeated etc. BUT it was also nice to see that anybody can win too. Wild game.

I also would be lying if I didn't say that one of Brady's last passes (incomplete 75 yarder to Moss) didn't have me on the edge of my seat. Even though it was incomplete, it was one of the best looking passes and route I have ever seen as well as one of the best defensive breakups I have ever seen. The 4th qtr was just a fantastic quarter of football.

I think we shouldn't overlook the magnitude of what the Patriots accomplished this year. They are perhaps the best team not to win it all in the history of the league. They deserve a ton of credit for opening the season 18-0. Aas a Giants fan, I still say hats off to a worthy opponent who lost what may have been the best and most exciting superbowl ever.

One last note: the Manning to Tyree 32 yard completion after manning escaped what appeared to be a sure sack, with Tyree pinning the ball to his helmet with one hand before securing it with his second hand and never letting it hit the ground, was one of the greatest plays I have ever seen in better than thirty years of watching football.

Unfortunately, for the Patriots, the one loss taints the season and let's face it not many people remember the opponents in the Super Bowl, just the victors. That's just the reality. They may have been better off had they lost one during the season. Yes, no perfect season, but maybe a Super Bowl championship.

I've been watching the Super Bowl since the Jets Colts and the Tyree play will go down as one of the great catches along with Swann's and John Taylor's catch against the Bengals.

I agree with Louis that we must not forget what the Patriots did this season but their lost is a tragedy for them.

The only team to archieve a perfect season and to win the Super Bowl remains the Dolphins. They still are History!

Pierre.

I'm still amazed by that play. On that big of a stage, it will long be remembered as one of the greatest ever. How in the WORLD did Manning get out of there...and Tyree caught it??

Stunning!

That Giant defensive line, kicked the crap out of Brady! When was the last time you saw Tom Brady running for his life on almost every play! This was one of the greatest Super Bowls ever.

It was a great WIN! Ely certainly played his heart out, and it was terrific watching Peyton cheering him on.

When you think of Vince Lombardi, and the trophy, it was a fitting ending to the season.

I don't believe the conduct against the Jets team eariler in the season by the Pat's was the image we seek in a Super Bowl Champion.

I believe they certainly have a great team, and wish their wins in the future come by execution of perfection, not disception.
