The Karl is in the Hobby Bunker.....time to go get one...:)

Rick said it should be at their distribution Center last Friday, And the Hobby Bunker should get it A week later. Gotta trust Rick. He knew. Now i just gotta wait until Sierra Informs me.

Heading up to the Hobby Bunker next week to pick up my stock in person; thanks everyone who preordered this beauty through me, I appreciate it.................

Got email from MATT i have a 14.OLB package on way, should be here on 25th, must be KARL? Surprise,Surprise...Ron

I have just today recieved an e-mail saying mine was going to be dispatched next week so, eagerly anticipating this set. Very much
Mitch

I'm getting mine through George but will not pick it up until March. I'm worried about the shipping and save George the bother and me the expense of having it shipped.

Brad,
I am doing the exact same thing except through Treefrog. I hope its a great piece!
JW

John,

I'm sure it will be a great piece, one of those one of a kind for which Rick is known. I'll meet George at the Meadowlands Show. How are you picking up yours?

Regards,

How can you wait until march??? For me, this will be the best set of the year even better than the Jagdtiger and, I am biting at the bit for the end of next week let alone march!!!!
Mitch

Usually March, not the greatest show but a good chance to meet some guys and dealers like George.

Mitch, don't really want to wait until March but I want to make sure it comes in one piece. I'm sure George would do a great packing job but with a piece like this I'd rather be on the safe side :)

I have it in hand.....and it's a true value to own...:D

Also picked up the Low Goods Wagon Rail Car....and though I hadn't plan to...once I saw the Coal Crane and BM-52's Water Tower..I got them as well,,:)

Can't wait for the Karl Rail Carrier Set and the Box Cars.....chew,,,cheewww

Brad,
I am going to pick mine up from Treefrog when I go up to the great Midwest this spring March/April. It may be hard to wait that long. I felt it was worth it not to have it shipped, I usually stop by Eyota twice a year.

Brad,
With the Figarti pieces, I try To pick it up from my dealer Most of the time, the less it travels (and seeing how great U.P.S., Fedex, And U.S.P.S. Handles their Packages), The less likely I will feel Sorry of Picking the Wrong Carrier. There is no careful Carrier Than I ;).

Roger,

My thought exactly.

Hawkeye...

What I meant was that nobody will ever IMO do this set again so, IMO its a special piece the jagdtiger is a favourite but, we know K&C and CS are planning to do them and, you never know down the road so may Figarti in that sense, for me, the Mosar nudges the JT
Mitch

Mitch, how could anything be better than the jagdtiger?

My Karl arrived yesterday from Hobby Bunker. Everything is in excellent condition.Ricks team did a great job of packing it up. Thanks Rick and Matt...Ron

Ron,
I am glad that it arrived safely, but a bit surprised you did not say one way or another if you are happy or dissatisfied with the model. Was it worth the wait??
