I just received this set from Matt at Hobby Bunker. It's probably not a set that everyone would want, but it truly is spectacular. Although it's the last supper (ie religious), I am Jewish and am glad to have it in my collection. The presentation is amazing. It comes in a glossy rosewood hinged box that is lines with a suede like material and a small pillow. if you're at all interested in the subject matter or the art work of DaVinci (like me), i highly recommend this one. (I don't know for sure, but I think Matt said he has a few of them)

I, too, am Jewish but think it's a great set. I saw it in Figarti's HQ in Shanghai and was impressed. I remember that when it was first announced there was a lot of head scratching.

It's one of those sets that really doesn't fit as "toy soldiers" or military miniatures". you just have to think of it as a stand alone piece of art

I've seen it and it's a terrific art piece and worthy enough to be proudly displayed.

Jewish here as well, but I have not seen the piece. I think I will ask to see it next time I am at the Bunker. Some things we buy as toy soldiers or art, not as religious- just like I have a bunch of Christmas sets.
