Flashback to 2011...

K&C produced this little (medium) Italian-made Carro Armato M13/40 tank offered in three versions, Italian, Aussie, and Afrika Korps. Armed with a 47mm gun and an anti-aircraft machine gun, the M13/40 packed a mean little punch. Pictured is the Afrika Korps version (AK075), my personal favorite of the trio:

I've always appreciated K&C's wide variety of N. African campaign vehicles. esp. with different versions like the Carro Armato.

Sweet pics! I love the detail and weathering on the tank.

Hey Rob. Yes it's a nice little model and your AK version looks good. I have the Aussie version.

Great photos guys. I don't have this gem myself but its certainly on my wish list. One of the many things I really like about Andy and the K&C team is the never ending variety of their releases, particularly regarding vehicles. The desert series is a perfect example of that. :salute::

Thanks, definitely nice weathering/detail like many of the desert vehicles by K&C.

Thanks for sharing, Duke. Really cool to see all three versions on this post.

Looking good as well, Rusty. Appreciate you posting the Italian version. I like those two Italian figures in your scene as well.

Thanks; completely agree. The Morris CS8 would be another example and one that crosses campaigns. Great stuff!

Hey Guys,

Had to bring this trio of images together in one photo (hope you don't mind):

I like the third picture of the initial post the best. Great perspective from the back.
