Second that. Always interesting to learn what draws people into this quagmire:). Great articles from a great group of people.

Well - for me - it was an honor to be able to contribute to the 25th Annv. Issue.

I certainly appreciate that Andy went out of his way to get a cross section of people from collectors, dealers, staff and competitors to write for this wonderful edition.

I also really enjoyed learning the history and the different perspectives that people brought to the publication.

Andy was kind enough to sign a copy for me and I am having it framed for my office.

It is interesting to read how the empire grew to the industry leader that it is today and how even their own competitors agree that Andy has been one of the industry leaders. Very high marks when your competitors agree to write in favor of your product in your own promotional material.

But, then again - those of us who do know Andy - that kind of respect and friendship does not come as a surprize - because of the character of the man.

Outstanding read and can't wait for better things to come from King & Country.

I love the article where Dale Dye told Andy that Tom Hanks was the only one from "Saving Private Ryan" that respected his role and put his best effort forward to complete or make his character as realistic as possible. When you read or hear some of the gripes and complaints the other actors made (esp. Sizemore) and then turn around to find out about Hanks and his dedication it makes you sit back and tell yourself that this Tom Hanks guy is a unique and outstanding individual who in my book is now one of my favorite actors.

Excellent issue, can't wait to read it up close.:p

I haven't read the article yet but it sounds interesting. have to say though that Tom Sizemore was pretty cool in that movie and most films he's in whereas Tom hanks kind of isn't cool in the slightest. :)

Its a real shame Tom Sizemore's life is in such shambles. He was also good in

"Heat".

Yep it's a shame he's well off the rails as he has a really good presence on screen. I thought he was the best character in SPR. It really stands out the moment when he got shot and he seems really angry about the fact!
