My new Navy Corpsman came from the accident with the running Marine breaking his rifle Barrel. Tried Superglue, too fragile, so thought about a conversion and the new "Doc" is it, Snipping off the remaining bits of rifle and making a smallish satchel for the medical bits and bobs, strap from the rifle, painted and glued on.
I'm quite pleased with the results, since a broken rifle barrel pretty much relegates figures to the background otherwise.
Of course now he needs a casualty or two to be running to, which I suppose K&C will be do in due course.

Genius, Steve.
Tanking a disaster and turning it into a "one-of-a-kind" treasure.
Kudos to creative and innovative thinking.

Maybe .. :rolleyes2: … you should break some more and see what happens? … {sm2} NOT!

Oh ya' ...nice dio as well.

Cheers Larry !

Yep a pain when you get a breakage, but fortunately this pose lent itself to a fairly easy conversion. If it had been a firing figure then I'd be a bit stumped for an idea.

Great save Steve. Very useful figure, sure to be lots of casualties. Robin.

Cheers Robin. Yep, I'm expecting some casualties for to be rushing too to be released at some stage. Very brave men these Corpsmen !

Mate that is Genius!

Well done!

Scott

Cheers Scott, you'll be looking at your own figures to see if any breakages can be converted. Bag was made with just a bit of milliput, but if you have any spare packs even easier.
