I know this is not exactly a range but how about a personality series where FL could make different leaders, kings, presidents, soldiers, despots, etc. without being tied to a specific range. There may be some ranges where FL would get to a person like Lincoln eventually but this would allow it sooner and allow Matt to range (sorry for the pun) through history.

Hi Brad ,
I've got an idea for ya and a sure fire way to get that Honest Abe figure your thinking of and you could even turn profit {bravo}} . Not sure if you ever noticed but First Legion offer Special Commissions :wink2: . Here is a link http://www.firstlegionltd.com/commissions.aspx you could have say maybe one hundred or so figures made and offer them as a extremely limited edition I would pledge to be your first customer . I have been floating this idea around in my head for some time , in regards to the mounted Bluecher figure I've been dying for for years now ^&grin.. Just food for thought .. Regards Gebhard

My guess :

- Antiquity : macedonians, persians, etc.
- Hundred years war
- Conquistadors
- WWI or franco-prussian war

Cheers

Alex

Maybe Blucher will appear

Although I'm pretty sure he would fit under the current Napoleonic line , We can only hope his time is coming {bravo}} Regards Gebhard

"Conquistadors".......I think Cortez and the conquest of Mexico would be a great series. The Aztec warriors were colorful and fierce. The Spanish and their Indian allies make for great dioramas.

I hope that it won't be Vietnam or modern USMC (Irak/Afganistan) because I wouldn't be able to resist buying. {sm2}

I would love to see The Zulu Wars re-created in the high standard to which FL produces. I have considered getting into the range through other companies but the quality is just not there.

I am a collector of Brits so I would also love to see:

- Modern War (perhaps the Falklands)
- More British Napoleonics (I would love some naval stuff, Nelson and his men!!!)
- WWII Brits (Paratroopers or Commandos perhaps)
- English Civil War

Although I have to say the initial suggestion of Vikings would be fantastic!

Fingers crossed!

That is something I too would really like to see. I have long been interested in the Mayan civilization. Those or Aztecs would be great!

If he does decide to do modern, he can count on 4 sales of an Abrams and 4 sales of a Bradley, even if I had to hock half my collection to accomplish that mission. FL Abrams and Bradley would be EPIC!!

An MRAP would fit in real nice for Afghanistan though I would only snag one of them...probably....maybe two........{bravo}}{sm4}

Good bad or indifferent, 2012 is going to be a knockout!!

1) English Civil War would be very colorful and hasn't been done in matte/metal that I know of? I would prefer this in Gloss finish - I wonder if FL would do Gloss? Probably not...

2) Battle of Agincourt (Britains attempted this in matte/metal but, I guess it wasn't a big seller for them - I wonder if FL can make it work)

3) Battle of Hastings (An important moment in history but, not done by anyone???)

4) Alexander the Great versus Persia
