The reporter says "some people have been up since six" LOL. Notice the badge above the troop entrance. This is "Septem Juncta In Uno" the bage of the Household Division, because this is where the footguards keep their horses for the mounted officers. The lads are wearing collar and tie because they're mucking out prior to talking the horse out on "Watering Order"
