Watching some of the coverage of the events related to the death of Queen Elizabeth II in Scotland, I saw the members of the Royal Company of Archers and as a collector of toy soldiers and miniastures for 50 years, I can't believe that I have never seen this unit represented in miniature.
Only found a Britains set that must have been released a long time ago.
Hopefully one of the modern manufacturers will release a set of this unique unit.

yes timely to see them,,I purchased a set of castings from rob walker some time ago,,finished two in gloss ,,lovely figures and ill have to now finish the rest,,im unaware if any are made these days,,England might have a shadow of the military they once did but they certainly always excel in the ceremony,,

I have just seen on Tradition of London's Facebook page that they have 2 figures now out ...

They are 54mm and sculpted by Andy Stadden .... maybe email the=m if you are interested because they aren't listed on their website yet.

Thanks for sharing this information. I was wondering who they were standing vigil.

Tradition now have the Royal Company of Archers listed on their website as castings kit #1401 & 1402 costing £10.00 each.

The others standing vigil in London are :

Soldier Gentleman at Arms

Beefeater Yeoman Warder Guards

These 3 figures are available as painted, or castings from Tradition of London.
