This is the first edition of a four-part series beginning with an overview of the climate in Europe and especially Germany after their defeat in WWI. The rise to power of Adolf Hitler and the Third Reich is outlined which led to the beginning of WWII and the Invasion of Poland in 1939. This edition ends with the sinking of The Bismark in 1941.
Over 200 photographs along with a CD that contains first hand audio accounts from the war from 1938-1941, there are 30 removable interactive documents that are facsimiles of key maps, communication and diaries.
This has never been read and none of the documents have been removed and as such is in excellent condition.
