The Silent Mountain is a 2014 war drama set in the Dolomite Mountains 1915 at the outbreak of
WWI between Italy and Austria-Hungary in 1915. The story is inspired by the actual happenings
of the Mountain War between 1915 and 1918.
A bit of mountain warfare for a change. Nice scenery if nothing else. I thought it was well done,
but I'm not familiar with the history. I did spend quite a bit of time in the Dolomites.
